The Dream Job Workshop mobilizes workers to address unjust hiring and employment practices. We do this through the provision of worker rights education, legal referrals, and discussion forums. We train workers to recognize, document, and report discriminatory employment practices in the workplace and in the application process. We participate in a network of external allied organizations that specialize in advocacy services, job training or employment counseling.
